ECPI College of Technology - Raleigh Announces Community Service Club

Raleigh, NC (9/27/07) – ECPI College of Technology, a leader in technical education with locations in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina, announced today that its Raleigh campus will start a volunteer and community service club. The ECPI Ambassadors will provide the Raleigh/Cary area with volunteers whose skills range from website creation to health screenings.

The purpose of the ECPI Ambassadors club is to encourage students to make public service and volunteerism part of their life-long goals. Students will participate in service learning projects based around their chosen major field of study. These activities should strengthen the students' civic pride while providing community service organizations with a valuable resource to fulfill their pledge to the surrounding area.

The ECPI Ambassadors welcome input and volunteer opportunities from agencies from across the Triangle. Anyone seeking volunteers may contact the Ambassadors at ecpiambassadors@gmail.com.
